RollerCoaster Tycoon World Release Date Delayed
Following the first beta test, the RollerCoaster Tycoon World release date has been delayed until “early 2016.” The highly anticipated game had been due out on December 10th, 2015. In a recent blog post, the developers stated “To…ensure that RollerCoaster Tycoon World will be the best, most innovative RCT experience to date, we will launch the game in early 2016. The new launch date will be communicated after the second preview.”
“Many of you loved the game, some found certain aspects frustrating, and you all had tons of thoughtful suggestions for improvements.”
Adding these improvements, which include an easier “predefined piece” coaster building, additional coaster test feedback, a robust fencing tool and an improved on-demand grid, means a delay to early 2016. Other enhancements include: the ability to use predefined lines and curves when building coasters, more feedback on coaster design, an enhanced fence-placing tool, and a better grid system.
A second preview weekend is now scheduled for December and a new RCTW release date will be revealed based on how well it goes. Hopefully the delay will ensure a better or more polished game.
I’m very disappointed and kinda pissed off they pushed the date back again, they had an exact release date and then turn around and say early 2016, they don’t have an exact date anymore. When they do have a new release date I’m not going to take it seriously because it’s just gonna be one big lie, I feel I’ve been lied to and I get really iritated when I’m lied to. This company needs to stick with what they say, again I feel lied too.

He is right. This is a big company and who ever is doing the public relations work should be fired for making mistakes over and over. I mean really what is Atari? Some fly by night operation? Looks and that way.
the last roller coaster tycoon was avaliable on october 26th,2004.fans have been waiting for 10 years.just a few more months won’t hurt.and also,the didn’t lie to us:they’re improving even more the game.
I have given up on this ONe at this point The Pre Order for Planet Coaster will get Beta access in march and Looks far Better anyway I go a refund on my Pre Purchase for this game and they still are not putting any Info out on a release date!!! Atari has really screwed this up and will not get my money now

I think RCTW should have access to parks and rides for disabled people as there are a lot of disabled ppl that enjoy theme parks!
I am getting a little bit tired off this. They started of with early 2015, then December 2015 and now early 2016. Tired and pissed off….
