2013 is coming to a close. In 2013 Atari properties were auctioned off but no buyer was found for our beloved RCT franchise and the future of the series remains in limbo. All is not lost for coaster designers as new games that may surpass Roller Coaster Tycoon are schedule to be released soon.

RCT Goals for 2014
My goals for 2014 are to review the fantastic looking upcoming games, Theme Park Studio and NoLimits 2. Of course, I will also keep you updated on any developments on the RollerCoaster Tycoon front, but it doesn’t look good. The series may be as good as dead. The best we might hope for is to be able to play RCT2 on our tablets.
